Key Responsibilities
Inspect and evaluate furniture to determine necessary repairs and refinishing techniques
Strip old finishes using approved chemicals and methods while adhering to safety protocols
Sand surfaces to ensure smoothness and proper finish adhesion
Apply stains, paints, and protective coatings using brushes, sprayers, or other tools
Repair cosmetic and structural damage such as scratches, dents, or loose joints
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Prior experience in furniture refinishing or woodworking is required
Proficiency with sanding equipment, spray guns, brushes, and hand tools
