My tech was on time and very thoughtful. He fixed my coffee table with expertise. He answered my questions and educated me on how to take care of my table. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. Just had Henry/Haratch at our home. Henry did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and expedient. He was in and out, in about 20 minutes. Very nice guy, I would recommend.  He fixed/replaced the frame on our power sofa. It now reclines as it should.

This place is not reliable just have a good website a lot of places advertised they are experts in furniture repair when they are not.  Will not be fooled by this kind of business again,  I will really look careful next time.
This is a response to Furniture  Repair Expert, and what I like to say is, when a customer call or email about repairs the only thing that is needed is a honest response. I spoke to a man at this business and sent pictures to them and they could of told me if the item could be fixed or not. It is that simple, so my suggestions to your next customers with a challenging piece of furniture is look around first a get quotes after sending in your pictures or go into the business yourself and speak with the business face to face. Because the internet website will fool you it is very hard to get reliable and honest people these days that keep their word and do what they claim they can do. I really do not give many bad reviews but I will tell the truth if I see places who do not do what the website says it does and lie to customers. These guys are the ultimate professionals. First, they provided a very detailed quote within minutes after I asked for a quote online. After speaking with them, I asked them to come out and provide the repair service. They came on time, very prepared, they were very professional, provided excellent service.
